I was in a motorcycle accident around 0550 in the morning, had an open fracture, and this was the closest hospital from the scene. When I arrived saw a RN immediately in the hallway next to ER Ambulance Entrance. Once the Dr saw my leg, he said to give me a shot for pain and take up the road several miles North to Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo. this was by far my best ER experience under the worst circumstances. they took such good care of me. Nurse Wendy went above & beyond. Dr. Tong took time to explain my test results and answer all my questions. Thankful for this ER. San Clemente needs this ER and Hospital. 5 stars
I tool my 3 month old son in due to a respiratory infection. He hadn't eaten much the days prior so I knew he was dehydrated. The staff to be honest, most of them were old school, incompetent, nurses and the doctor. He was diagnosed with a Lil pneumonia and IMMEDIATELY the staff wanted to medicate with antibiotics. WOAH!!! OH HELL NO! I immediately refused treatment because I understand the side effects of antibiotics destroying the microbiome ecosystem. The best people and best treatment! They are always very fast and professional. We have been there 3 times over the last 10 years and every time it has been easy and fast even admitting my son for surgery within hours.
