My PCP, Dr. Van Vranken retired back in May. He was my primary for nearly 25 years (since childhood) and was always so great to me and other family members who saw him. I miss him immensely. However, I saw Dr. Bland last week and what an absolute lovely human being. His bedside manner was great. He listened to my concerns without judgment. He treated me with dignity and respect. Thank you, Dr. Bland. PS-I can't leave out Susan for always being the sweetest. Thank you, Saddleback Medical Group.
The receptionist needs to be fired. I needed my doctor. I called the office a dozen times left a voicemail. Received no call back. A few days later I was in bad shape I had a family member call on my behalf. They also called a dozen or more times left a voicemail and received no call back. Love my doctor but whoever is manning the phones needs a new job.
