Had the surgery in 1998, went back for touch- up. Outstanding service & thee very best out there. Absolutely 5 -star rating & service. Could not have been more happy with the service & job done that has lasted this long.
I had lasik surgery several years ago by Dr Charles Manger. The day I walked in the door, the highly aggressive sales pitch began. I was promised that the results of my surgery would give me vision far better than 20/20, assuring me that the only reason other doctors had hesitancy about doing LASIK on me was because they lacked the experience he had. My husband and I, who live in LA, wanted the best, and we both feel that's what we got. We both, although apprehensive of Lasik in general, were also unsure about getting monovision. Wow, from beginning to end, complete customer service and a true and honest diagnosis. No one trying to upsell me on anything! Full focus on fixing my eyes! I was well at ease and made comfortable throughout the entire process!! Thank you Dr Manger for personally doing the surgery! I listened to the radio and Saddleback Lasik came on. I had to listen to it a few times to see if they really had a procedure for eliminating reading glasses cause a friend mentioned to me everyone at my age needs reading glasses and thats just the way it is.
