Most UNPROFESSIONAL office I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. The front desk staff was lcomplacent. As a new patient I asked for the new patient paperwork and the employee, who was not helping another patient, said she’d get it to me in a minute. Instead, she gets to it as they call me back to see the doctor and then hound me to finish the med history pages while I’m in the room! I should have walked out then but instead proceeded with the appt. They then send me to their lab downstairs so I ask about this lab being ... read more

I went on their website to request an appt. When someone finally called back they left me a message saying the doc didn't have anything available until the end of July but other docs were available and to call back. SoI've been calling all day. I can't get anything more than a voicemail. So I press 0 in hopes of being transferred to an operator since it didn't matter which doc I scheduled with. I get another voicemail. I press 0 again and get transferred to this rude lady that won't even transfer me to a live person. Even af... read more
