Their scheduling is horrible. I called them twice with each time waiting time 10 min. After 10min, one time is disconnected the other time is asked to leave callback number. Never returned my call. Horrible service!
Best doctor hands down. Takes the time with you and listens. Our entire family now goes to doctor Ierardi. He has great recommendations as well for specialists. We are happy we found him.
As always, Dr Ierardi never lets me or my family down. We have been his patients for over 15 years, he is kind, caring, funny, attentive, curious and most importantly SUPER SMART! I look forward to appointments and I trust him, knowing I’ll feel better soon after seeing him. He gives great advice but isn’t judgmental. His front office staff are very friendly and efficient. Pleasant, calm experiences over all these years.
