I cannot say enough good things about Jerry and his team. Throughout the entire process Jerry answered all my questions and helped me understand all aspects of getting a new floor. We went to several carpet places and finally landed on saddleback carpet from a referral and we are so glad we did. By far the most professional and the most honest, and really wanted to help us get what we wanted for the best price. They were fast, professional, and did an excellent job! We just completed our second project with Saddleback Carpet and once again it was a great experience. Jerry took the time to time to help us choose the perfect flooring and upon his visit to our home he made some helpful suggestions and fully prepared us for the project. Orlando and his team did a fantastic job on the installation and made sure everything was completed as promised. We couldn't recommend SC&F more.
Used this company several times in the past for the flooring, always got a good price, but last time they quoted me 3 times more . Owner was also annoyed, not a good customer service. Disappointed, not recommended. Other companies has much better quality, experience and prices.
