I’m not sure we could have asked for a better experience than the one we recently had with Jerry. As first time homebuyers, we knew we needed to replace our carpet but had no clue where to start. Jerry spent the better part of an afternoon educating us about different floor types, walking us through all of our options, and advising us on what was worth investing in vs. what wasn’t. Update 2/3/2026: We had such a great experience using Jerry and his team for our downstairs floors that we decided to work with them again for our full upstairs installation. This included flooring over our newly installed stairwell and adding tile in one of our guest bathrooms. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Jerry was amazing to work with. He was easy to communicate with and open, honest. We even did our stairs, rails, post etc and he worked seamlessly with the other contractor. I know Jerry takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend saddleback carpet and floor!

I had to have the carpeting in my 2nd bedroom replaced. I came into Saddleback Flooring's showroom, and the owner Jerry was incredibly helpful. He helped me find the exact carpeting, and sent me home with a large sample to verify. As soon as I decided to move forward, Jerry quarterbacked the entire process (paperwork, installation, and follow up). HIs crew was on time and super great to deal with...
