Their billing is fraudulent and 3 of my fillings fell out and dr Smith is really good at making you feel pain. I quit this office . This office is malicious . David R Tucker

Very unhappy with the customer service I have received from this practice. Inadequate explanations for treatments needed and what they do. Added urgency to get treatments and then not being willing to do them. No talk whatsoever about next/future steps when there is apparently need for future evaluations needed that you are never informed of. Dr. Hoffman and her staff are wonderful. They saw all 4 of my kids at the same time. They were patient and kind. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a pediatric dentist.
very nice and super patient when my kiddos have a rough time
My daughter had a sedation today because she had a few teeth that needed work done. The staff and her dentist were so nice and put us and her at ease. Going to the dentist it’s not anything a child looks forward too, but my daughter already loves it there and said they may her dentist was so nice. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have trouble taking your kid to the dentist.
As a dentist myself, I can honestly say I'm somewhat disappointed with the appointment we never had. Mainly, from the front desk lady’s lack of professionalism. Dental professionals usually offer a customary discount for other dental professionals (at least I have in my practice prior to moving). I asked the front desk lady if this was the process. Her response was “I don’t think so, but I don’t know.”. Didn’t get up from her chair to even ask the doctor. This was not for extensive treatment, but for an initial exam and prop... read more

Another great experience. My kids were in the same treatment room side by side, making it much easier for my 3 year olds first visit out of the baby room. Everyone is so nice and patient!
