Construction Ask where they will be doing and where they have to do construction. When I signed lease nothing was said about the exterior construction. Very bad communication. Taking months just to get through two buildings. Before you sign the lease I recommend driving through the whole complex first, back and fronts of the buildings. It will look beautiful when done, but it is a living nightmare renting through it. Rents are high with no discounts through the construction 6 days a week for months. Stay away from Fairfield What used to be a wonderful, family-run community has now been taken over and destroyed by Fairfield. They raised the rent by 500$ as soon as they bought it and will continue to do so. Any newcomers are getting 100% duped. Once you live here the customer service is disgusting and they just treat you like an inconvenience. I would 1000% not recommend.
Wonderful! Wonderful people in the office to work with. Maintenance always fast and dependable. Great community to live in!
Disappointed We are very disappointed with our experience at Saddle Rock. The management is very unorganized and they broke into our storage unit because they misplaced something they were looking for. They are dishonest people.
Mrs. M I have lived at Saddle Rock Apartments Three years now with my Family. It's a great community with everything so close by from stop n shop in walking distance to Target across the street! But you feel tucked away in the privacy of trees and landscape with gated access only. We enjoy the pool the most and movie theater for our kids! My favorite is the great maintenance team here at Saddle Rock .
A place where you think your on vacation I have been here since april of this year. Friendly family place to call your home. Repairs completed timely, and very professional. Grounds kept very clean. If you want a safe and wonderful place for your family...Atlantic point is your place to be.
Perfectly Average The apartments are OK, the gym is OK, the pool is above average, the front gates don't work, the landscaping is excellent, the staff is excellent, the fact they take pets is awesome. What's not awesome is the trash cans always outside throughout the neighborhood, the gym often has unsupervised kids playing on the equipment. It is way nicer than what I'd give two stars, and for the price I'd give it four if the gym and trash upkeep were better.
