My mother purchased one of these atrocities late last year and the home has been a constant headache. The windows do not fit or close/open correctly. The walls resemble cardboard in that you can hear everything through them. The fence is made of a cheap, thin wood that you can see then neighbors through. And to top it all off, the AC stopped working last night and it is still not working. She's owned this home for less than a year and the AC stops working right as summer begins. Please avoid this homebuilder.
I purchased a home from Pacesetter Homes, and it has been a disaster from day one. The house was built using the cheapest materials, with numerous construction errors including broken materials, unfinished parts, and about 20 holes left in the wall from their failed attempts to find a stud—none of which were patched.
