Been here 7 years, new owners took over few months back and have updated the place nicely but that also came with $500 a month rent increase
They have new owners and they are really putting a lot of work into this place now. It was getting a little ran down but with the new owners I think this place will be a great place to live as it was a quiet place already now it will be nice and quiet.
The manager does not want to pay the water bill or the trash bill
