This apartment is so inconsiderate and out of touch. Feels like they are trying to chase the tenants out off the apartments. Everything was good, till they changed the management, it seems like someone in the office is trying to flex their muscles. How do you tow a car that is registered and lie to not know about it. I pay my rent and pay for my parking space and you tow my car and made me spend $300 to go take it.

I have lived here for almost a year and have loved it. I enjoy my renovated unit. Amelia helped us last summer and made my first apartment move in a breeze. The new leasing consultant, Sydney, is so sweet and answers all my questions when needed. The only downside to living here is parking. Ask for a 2nd carport or garage at move in. It is hard to have guests over as there is limited guest parking.
We moved into Flats on Chapel about two months ago. We absolutely love the apartment and the staff are so helpful. Anytime we have a need or question they are happy to take care of it for us.
