One of the best workouts you can get. And fun! Stats and great instructors keeps things interesting and challenging!
Best work out in Buffalo! A great way to energize my day. The spin bikes and facility are all first rate. The coordination between the work out and the music would impress any choreographer! It really makes for a spirited work out.
