I just discovered this place and I am very impressed! I went because they offer acupuncture and now I’m going to go for all my vet care for my 2 dogs. The attention and care from everyone I met is second to none! For instance, I have never had a vet email me a personal summary of my visit afterwards, and that was so helpful! I was really happy with my initial visit at Sactown Vet. Dr. DiNinni was kind, thorough, and very understanding and patient with my skittish cats. The staff was very knowledgeable as well. They were very upfront about pricing and it didn't feel like anything was being upsold. I also appreciated that they try to get you in a room right away so there aren't stressful animal interactions in the waiting area.
They are caring and gentle with your animal.
I will not be returning here. I strongly recommend avoiding Dr Cole after several bad experiences related to her lack of skill, level of comfort, or competence handling a #70 adolescent dog with no bite history or aggression. I also echo issues others have had with the vet techs here having abnormal difficulty giving vaccines. I thought the issues were severe and systemic enough to leave a cautionary review. TLDR: staff training/competence and quality of care
