I’ve had the most poorest experience with this office. First appointment ever at this office the optometrist put me in the seat, set the black vision tools upon my eyes but he had me sitting at an angle and I wasn’t able to get a proper view of the letters during the exam. I knew the script wasn’t going to be right. I just knew. The eye glass selection with my insurance only offered 3 different glass frames to choose from but only one fit me so I had to get them. I have been a loyal patient for five-plus years. Dr. Ngo is professional and knowledgeable, and he knows exactly what you need. I go to both locations every six months for my contacts and glasses.
