Sacred Springs colonics always leaves me feeling less bloated, lighter, and overall healthier. Having regular colonics as well as using the Gut Renew powder that Allison sells has helped heal my digestive tract so I can eat and enjoy life again. Allison makes you feel comfortable and she is so knowledgeable you are in good hands!
This was my first open colonic and Allison exceeded every expectation I could’ve had. She set the tone! So calm and inviting. I recommend her 100 times over to anyone if you’re in the area make this a part of your routine and if you’re visiting, check her out!
As a man you could maybe feel that a colonic could be unsettling or uncomfortable. I as a 21 year old male can assure you it is totally worth it, the way you feel after is indescribable. The first one may be a little hard to get used too, but the more you go the easier it gets. Let me start by saying Allie is an absolute vibe of a human! The experience overall was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend the colonics here. I did two sessions here just to work on gut health and I am about 3 weeks from my back to back sessions and it's crazy to see less bloating and I have lost 7lbs. Now I'm not saying it's all due to the cleanse but the it sure did help to start with a cleaner palette. Again would highly recommend and can't wait to come back and see my girl next time I am in town.
Allison is the best!! We are so lucky to have Sacred Springs here in the Carson Valley. My first experience here was amazing. Allison is so wonderful and such a kind and caring person, and she immediately takes away any uncomfortable feelings or awkwardness for your first time using this system. I also enjoyed the sauna after my treatment and I slept better that night than I have in months (also lost two very stubborn pounds) 😊 I highly highly recommend Sacred Springs. I’m definitely a returning and very happy customer.
