Liana with Sacred Space is amazing!! I left feeling better than I have in months!
Liana truly is a gifted massage therapist. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and her work offers the perfect (and rare) combination of deep relaxation and clinical results. I loved the massage portion of my session and she is also helping me heal my foot pain with her RAPID neurofascial reset techniques.
The emotional body mapping was a great experience that uncovered some of what I was already aware of and much of what I wasn't. Having an actual map of where the body holds tension and why will be helpful as I address and pay attention to root causes. And I only got a taste of the RAPID treatment, but it was so good that I am returning for more session(s) soon. The relief it did give me in a short time holds promise. Thanks Liana!
Wonderful massage! Very relaxing space. Lovely oils. Liana is clearly very knowledgeable about muscle anatomy and relieving tension through pressure and positioning. She addressed a problem area in my neck and shoulder and I felt so much better afterward. Overall a great experience. I already booked another visit!
