I have been coming to Ann for a few years now. She has the most relaxing place you could be in. It's a safe place. She also does prenatal massages. She treated me my entire pregnancy. I recently took one of her restorative relaxation classes and I highly recommend it with anyone wanting to reconnect with themselves. It is so necessary for self care. Ann is amazing. Book with her as she books quickly.
I had a Yomassage which I found very relaxing and gentle. Everything is provided for you by Ann who is very pleasant and welcoming. The facility is very clean and centrally located. Highly recommend.

I've been coming to Sacred Space for prenatal massage for a few months now and love it! Ann is great and helps me work out all my pregnancy aches and pains. I just started going to their Prenatal Mindful Relaxation class, too, and found it to be a great addition to my pregnancy wellness stack. The guided meditation, stretches, and massages really help me relax and feel better.
