My experience with this place has been terrible. Canceling my membership has been almost impossible—there’s no option in the app, and despite calling four times and emailing ten times, I still couldn’t get help. Management and even the owner repeatedly gave me excuses and lied about not being able to refund or cancel my membership. I contacted Wellness Living directly, and they confirmed it’s entirely up to the owner, meaning they lied straight to my face. This place has bad management when you want to cancel your membership there is no place on the app to do so. When you go to email management they don’t even reply back to the emails and if they do they give you a really bad excuse that they have to contact lawyers or that wellness living are the ones that have to cancel which is not true. I would really think twice before getting a membership for this place. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
This place steals money from their customers. Worst management I have ever come across - they are completely unresponsive to concerns or issues. Cancelling my membership has been literally impossible. I continue to be billed for a service I do not want and have received no response from management for over 2 months. The Better Business Bureau graded them an “F” for a reason.
