The initial evaluation was callous, heartless and insensitive. I should have known at that point Sacred Journey Hospice was not a good fit. However, the hospital referred my mom to them. The aftercare worsen in time. I was told by the nurse to discontinue certain medications. The nurse indicated I should not take my mom to the hospital. She suggested you only take your mom to the hospital if you want to know what is wrong. I let her know in no uncertain terms that I will advocate for my mom.
