My daughter went there with her father for a Batman tattoo that was suppose to be no larger than a quarter and just the outline of the Batman symbol. She was told that it had to be filled in because it could change shapes and it was twice the size of a quarter. I have had a tattoo for 23yrs that is smaller than a quarter and it hasn’t changed it’s shape at all. I am very unhappy that her wants were not heard because I know a few tattoo artists that could’ve done that tattoo the way she wanted it. Very Unhappy Mother!
