Over priced
They have shady business practices and the owner only cares about money. He doesn’t even live in the state (he’s in Florida) and will raise rent by $200 more per month mid contract even though all residence are on a fixed income. Don’t trust them and avoid moving here!
You won't find a better place to call home
The managers take care of the residents by answering needs and questions. The rooms are nice and the walking area and gazebo are beautiful. Seniors come together and it offers them the opportunity to live independently and yet in a simple way. The hallways have guard rails and the flooring makes it easy to walk on and use mobility walkers if needed.
I went over to apply for an apartment for my mom. When we pulled into the complex, my husband said this is a really nice and well maintained, he let's just move here too! Sue Ann was so nice and gracious! She answered all of my questions! My mom is currently waiting for an apartment to come open! The inside was so nice and clean also! Very nice complex! Can't wait for my mom to move there! I meet a couple of the residents there, they were so very nice also.
