I’ve been going to see Kate for 2 years now and I’ve always been happy. She’s kind and always does amazing work. Easy to talk to. The salon itself is welcoming and is a safe space. It’s apparent all the hard work and love that is put into the salon to make it so wonderful. She’s a genuine person and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
Will be going back, came in with a mess of a job I did myself and came out with the best vivid I’ve ever had. Hair came out feeling better then when I went in and the people working there and the vibe was just really comforting that I almost fell asleep 😅 What I asked for and wanted was talked about and ended in great results. I’m excited to see how it fades as well! Kate & Kate did an amazing job, honestly thank you so much!
visited today and was extremely disappointed with the service. I clearly showed a reference photo of the hairstyle I wanted, but the result I received was completely different. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that the issue was with my hair rather than the service. They attempted to fix it by re-dyeing my hair, which only caused significant damage. I do not believe the service was worth the price, and I will definitely not be returning.
Had my first visit today and will definitely be back. I have fine hair and have been made to feel embarrassed about it at another salon located close by. Here was the opposite. Kate is amazing and the price was very reasonable for her expertise. Thanks for the positive experience.
Lovely people! Very open and welcoming, I had the pleasure of seeing Nikki, she’s amazing!! She’s currently an apprentice but how she conducted herself and the amazing job she did, you would think she’d been doing this for decades!!! 10/10 would recommend coming here. Everyone is so nice and the atmosphere is welcoming. Adding before and after pics just to show how amazing Nikki’s skills are!
