I recently suffered an ankle avulsion fracture. My orthopedic surgeon suggested physical therapy and gave me my choice of places for therapy. My husband had been to this location for PT and had excellent results so I chose it too. I was completely happy with the level of care that I received. While I did not have the same therapist every time, each one was very thorough and knowledgeable of my injury and progress. Had to reschedule , said they would reset my appointment , I’ve called back twice with info and phone, They don’t pick up and they don’t No Return Call or Appointment been over a week with me calling the now 3 times. Disappointment But Kelly Saved The Day!!! Happy Happy Joy Joy
These are the friendliest people you will ever meet. The ladies at the front desk are nice and filed my insurance the correct way which nobody ever usually gets right. Everyone in the back listens when you tell them something and you can tell they really care about your treatment. I 100% would recommend this place to others.
