Should be -10 stars downright disgusting how patients are treated, including mothers that have had their HEALTHY child ripped away from them immediately

This should be a negative star review. My son is a twin and was born at 33 weeks. We had to transfer hospitals after about 6 weeks in NICU to Sacred Heart for a heart procedure. The lack of care and attention from the nurses is appalling. The doctors are equally dismissive and downright rude. My son had his procedure and he needed a blood transfusion and an IV. The first co... read more

They try to make it like a prison. They don’t allow cell phones aside from one phone call a day and you must coordinate your phone call with the nurse first. They don’t allow food in there you can’t even eat a granola bar. A lot of the nurse are power happy. There is two babies per room and on two occasions the nurses were doing a sterile procedure on ... read more
