So I did not have a phone to scan or code and did not know where to go to pay for parking. This is a problem for people with no phone.

I was here for 8 hours the other day I'm not going to say there care is all bad the DR I talked to was amazing an treated me very kindly but definitely slow an the way some of the nurses instantly judge you is unprofessional an rude it's sad being in massive pain an being judged for literally nothing

If I could give this place a zero I would... I will not consider this a hospital I would call it a homeless shelter. I felt like the nurses were like nurse ratchet from One flew over the cuckoo's nest. I'd rather go to a veterinarian than go to there.

Came to hospital for my sister, spent the first half of the night in the waiting room and then was treated poorly through the whole visit. What a joke. I have never been so let down with a company. When did it become about lack of customer service!!!!
