I have family that lives here, and not ONCE while visiting have I been greeted by the office manager. 12/9/21 She was on her phone when I walked in, when she looked up she gave me a dirty look and did NOT greet or even crack a smile. Very rude and unprofessional.
Too bad the Office manager in this building is incompetent for her job, this is a nice place with very nice tenants and an amazing chapel, but the office manager does not match the kindness of the ownership and its tenants, she is very moody and spends most of her time on her cell phone and reading while neglecting the attention needed for the apartments that are available for the elders that are in much need of a place to live.
