Every time I've been there, staff is super rude, and makes me feel unimportant. Today when I went they forgot about me twice, and the wait is always insanely long. Today I waited half an hour for paperwork that was all messed up, after the guy who was sitting around realized he forgot about me AGAIN. They charge a mind blowing amount of money considering they don't really talk to you or see you. I spent two hours there today, and all I got out of my visit was a glass of water. They charge for things never done, charge multiple time for things done yet say they are a non profit hospital. They would rather send in a preacher than an actual doctor. If you're an organ donor, steer clear of this place. And if you care about someone I'd bring them anywhere but here. The best part is the automated, copied and pasted reply to each review. That really shows their level of care.
