RecommendedI was brought to St Mary's die to suffering extreme stomach pain. the nurses and doctors were amazing! they kept me informed on everything that was going to happen, what they were doing and why they were doing it. the doctor also came in multiple times to check in on me. They never talked over my head. made it to wear I could understand the plan and after treatment very well. I was very impressed with my experience!

We were never informed of our whole bill from over a year ago and told we could pay it off on a payment plan. We were given one value and took care of it paying off the full amount. A year later, we have a bill from collections because "there were two separate payments needing to be made and payments plans don't exist for the hospital services." They claim they sent out multiple statements asking for payment that we've never received, so obviously there's about nothing we can do. Shame because we like the doctor's, but we'll... read more

i went to the ER last night they was not busy kept telling me there was 3 people in front of me i watced 10 go ahead of me as they was coming in. one i heard had a tooth ache.so no reason they should have went in front of me! needless to say i waited almost 4 hours in the non busy waiting room and left, next time i will go to memorial instead of subject myself to their rudeness, lack of compassion and not being honest. good luck to anyone who goes to the ER here. maybe it is due to my insurance and the people they let in fro... read more

RecommendedDr. Montose was very friendly & informative. He was straight forward but polite. He wasn't willing to do a procedure that could've hurt my dad
