Today, and unfortunately again, I was not afforded the opportunity to take my scheduled MRI because of another administrative oversight with scheduling. Having high grade glioblastoma, the anxiety of waiting for a follow up MRI is life changing. I can't really rate their care as I was only there for an initial consult following removing of melanoma from my jaw. However, I can say that I was finally seen by the doctor one hour after my appointment time and only then because a nurse finally "discovered" my check-in paperwork.
