It is absolutely terribly managed. As of right now the current manager lives onsite and clearly doesn't care. The way leases, addressing repairs, posting notices, rent increases + additional charges for storage rooms, etc <--------these things are handled in shady fashion at best and otherwise borderline criminal. Elevator was broken again. I have been there visiting over the last year and the elevator has been out of service. I truly feel bad for the seniors that live on the 2nd and 3rd floors there. The owner does not seem to concerned about getting it fixed quickly. That's poor Management.

For one, this place is far too expensive for income-based, both in terms of rent and electricity. It cost me $405 in December to heat my apartment to 63 degrees and keep my fridge running. Also, they are far too picky on the cleanliness of these apartments. We got a lease violation for having our cat's litter box out where it can be seen and told that it shouldn't be there. Furthermore, for the first 6 months I lived there, there were no light in the parking lot, the lines weren't visible, so as a result, someone slashed my ... read more
