Every single person I have spoken with at this office has been exceptional. I cannot thank Josh enough for the directions when I got lost and personally finding me, the pharmacist who did a peer 1:1 with insurance to make sure that my medication was covered as it should be, and the scheduling staff. In a world of busy providers and coordinating, this clinic is unwordly in how compassionate, responsive, and skilled they are. THANK YOU!!
The staff are always so kind and attentive! Nothing bad to say whatsoever about this clinic. They have a movie on every time I bring my 3 year old in and that makes a huge difference for his mental well-being and associating “the doctor” with a positive experience. Thank you!
Absolutely amazing staff they were so helpful and knowledgeable from the receptionists to the medical staff.
Awesome, friendly service but they claim to "always" be available when they never answer the phone, even for important issues. Strange.
I am amending my previous review. Although the receptionist was rude to me, the supervisor I eventually got in touch with handled the problem and apologized and came to an appropriate solution. Also the pharmacist I've been working with is kind and professional.
