The 8 week class on mindfulness meditation totally changed my entire life’s viewpoint. Such healing and growth. Everyone needs this so we can all be present and connect with everything, especially each other.

I just finished the 8 week Mindfulness Course. At first, I hated Mindfulness and how HARD the workbook was for me to get through. As I moved through the course I definitely learned the tools that I need to continue on my journey alone. I highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to learn how to calm down, and be more focused on the present.

I attended a Saturday morning meditation class that Lynn lead. It was such a welcoming environment and the energy was wonderful. What a beautiful gift this class is to the community. I will be back!
