I owned two properties in the Marysville and Yuba City. Denise Thomas was my property manager and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, she closed Sacramento Valley Real Estate to concentrate on a multi-unit complex and an events center. She was a great person to work with and has a great reputation among other property owners who have sold, purchased and rented properties through Sacramento Valley Real Estate. Woody Andrus — 1 starDenise Thomas is unprofessional. She was the go to person for a rental on craigslist. I made an appointment for 12 p.m. While I was waiting, four people showed up to see the same rental. They all had later appointments than mine. Denise Thomas did not show up until 1 p.m. When she arrived, she wasn't sure if she had the key. When I mentioned her lateness, she said, "At least I came!'.
