Too much slow need to wait more then 30 minutes no body care
Always professional with great work!
I scheduled an appointment here for Friday at 7:00 AM by phone to get my crankshaft oil seal replaced, along with gearbox PM and axles. Everything was confirmed on Thursday. When I arrived on time, they came up with excuses: claiming they have 24 hours to do the work, but then admitting no mechanics were even there because they took a long weekend before the holiday. They do a very good job, especially Doug in parts. He's very patient, polite, and just a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this Freightliner dealer. Thanks guys.
