Impossible to get a hold of them phone send you to full mailbox
I don't understand why I have to wait an extra hour to be seen when I came in 15 minutes before my appointment time. When I get an appointment I expect to be seen at that time, not an hour later. They told me my appointment was at a different time than what they said on the phone prior, and the doctor answered his personal phone during my appointment TWICE!!!!!! I have never ever and my life had a doctor do that during an appointment with me.
Even when there is noone else in the office to see the doctor, I consistanly wait more than 45 minutes after my appointment time between the lobby and exam room for the doctor. Get used to sitting around if you come here. Front desk is very helpful and friendly.
