Melissa has been meticulous in ensuring that we had all of the information we needed to complete our new home purchase on an accelerated schedule. She and her team went out of their way to dig out facts to support our assessment of the property and to stay current with a rapidly changing schedule. Closing went smoothly, and she followed up with information to help us learn our new neighborhood. Even months after the sale she is a resource that we know we can turn to.
