My Mom appears to be well cared for. Initially there were problems with the food being served due to allergies but the kitchen staff were absolutely willing to work with her. Facility had a really pleasant smell, not dirty and stinky. Check-in via digital screen was easy to understand and process was quick. Mom's shared area was clean, orderly and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Visitor bathroom was clean and fresh. Plenty of free parking in the facility lot. First time we've used this facility.
When we first walked in nurses were very friendly and polite. Also helpful. It smelled good and very cleaning. The patient we went too see we saw that he was very well taken care of and he was cleaned and his bedding.
My brother is being cared for at Sacramento Post Acute . He has been at a few other care centers and none of them were as clean, and professionally run. I was greeted and given clear information when I arrived to see my brother. I truly thanked the Lord for placing him in such a welcoming place. He was started on rehabilitation immediately hurray,
Came to Sacramento Post-Acute to visit my neighbor. Was warmly welcomed. Stayed in room for entire visit so didn’t see much of facility. My friend/ neighbor says she’s receiving exceptional care.
Amazing staff! Consistent great care and concern for my needs. Smiles and hellos all hours. Physical therapy excellent. No complaints at all!
