I experienced no wait at the registration desk, the MA was extremely personable and welcoming, and the MD was very efficient and direct.
I had a medical emergency at home and I called at my advice nurse. They got me an appointment the very next morning. At my appointment. I was well taken care of. I was explained everything very thoroughly and made to feel comfortable in my circumstances.
