I called B-Z Overhead Door when the night before leaving on vacation, my garage door would not lower. I immediately got to speak with a REAL person who tried to help me figure out how to close it using the emergency pull (which was no longer useful due to previous homeowner`s misuse of it). Then, they sent somone out within 1hr.
