Dr Al has been my favorite for years. He has performed many root canals and extractions. He is the most pain free dentst ever. I Iove Dr Al
I would not recommend Sunrise Family Dentistry to anyone based on my experience. The biggest problem with this office is the complete lack of communication and professionalism from both the staff and the dentist. From the front desk to the back office, there seems to be no consistency in information. You’ll be told one thing by one person, and something completely different by someone else. I would strongly advise people to think twice before coming to Sunrise Family Dentistry. The communication here is extremely poor, and the level of professionalism from both the staff and the dentist is not what you would expect from a place handling people’s health. You constantly get inconsistent information depending on who you speak to, and trying to get clear answers is frustrating. I came in with my 2.5 year old daughter after she had an accident where her front tooth was pushed back. Chronically under insured, I paid the $99 fee for an exam and x-rays. Office staff and dentist were super empathetic to my daughter and myself. To be honest, we were a hot mess. With blood all over my shirt, and a bloody toddler, we were met with respect, compassion, and empathy. There wasn't any sales pitch. I am still in constant pain from the work that Sunrise Family dentistry gave me 5 years ago. For some reason my review is not here anymore. Maybe they had to reload their business on google to get rid of all the negative reviews. I had 2 crowns done there and in the following days I experienced the worst pain I ever have had from a dentist. The doctor there was heavy handed with the drill, which was very corse and vibrating my whole head. He must have removed too much of my tooth for the crowns.
