Legal dispute just arised out of no where... Got random text stating my claim has not went thru with my insurance and I will be held liable to owe? They told me my prior xrays would work so I got them, then the dentist says no this won't work and had a talk with the desk personnel and they now said we needed new xrays ,I asked how much? She said we are doing it for free. I usually feel nervous at dental visits, but they really helped me relax.
If I could give zero stars I would. I highly advise not to go to this dentist. I went there for emergency tooth pain on a Tuesday. First off the place was run down, dirty, and looked like things were kinda falling apart like you can tell they had leaks and there were a couple holes in the ceiling. They ended up doing a full exam and ended up telling me I had an infection and that it was due to my wisdom teeth.
