Not sure why you would advertise on Google that you’re a 24 hour emergency dental office but it’s cruel. Hope you go bankrupt
Horrible. Just took my daughter there for a toothache. She has felt horrible an it was her birthday. They said she had infection but wouldnt prescribe antibiotics and wanted to charge us over 5k for a root canal on one tooth. They had zero empathy and basically got attitude an became rude when we asked how it could cost so much an all. They did absolutely nothing for us an we are just absolutely blown away by the way they run their office and treat their clients.
First and foremost, I want to give a shout out to the woman in the front office. They really are a great team and can really break things down in a manner where it all makes sense even when it’s medical terms. 2nd on the list is the Dentist himself Dr. Al great person and helped asure me i was in the right place fir treatment. Having a horrible experience at a previous office and finding this location was just such a difference. They are going to respect your time and treat you like a human being instead of a invoice. Going to the dentist isn’t exactly on anybody’s list of favorite things to do , but when you’re treated with kindness, patience, and genuine care, it makes all the difference. I truly appreciated the level of service I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dental team that cares about their patients. 5 stars all the way! 🦷
Legal dispute just arised out of no where... Got random text stating my claim has not went thru with my insurance and I will be held liable to owe? They told me my prior xrays would work so I got them, then the dentist says no this won't work and had a talk with the desk personnel and they now said we needed new xrays ,I asked how much? She said we are doing it for free. So why are they putting a claim in on it 55 days later 🤔 and now trying to back charge me for something they clearly told me was free so not one issue due... read more
