I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my appointment with Dr. Steven Hasday. I scheduled this appointment two months in advance for today at 1:30 PM. I arrived at the office at 1:00 PM, 30 minutes early, and completed all the required paperwork at the front desk. After completing the forms, I was told to sit and wait because the doctor would be with me shortly. I waited for approximately 20 minutes. Brent j benscoter was the worst visit I have ever had with a doctor period.I will never be seeing him again he treats people like a bad car service,doesn't listen and is very unprofessional.Feel like he didn't even give me the time of day or really listen to anything I had to say and cuts you off mid sentence.Mabey he was having a bad day but I have not been walking normal for 6 months and my attitude is way better than that. Sacramento Ear, Nose & Throat has been one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and the staff I encountered were rude, unprofessional, and had a very unpleasant attitude. I had an appointment that was scheduled three months in advance. I drove approximately 25 minutes to the clinic, only to be told upon arrival that they had terminated their contract with my insurance company. Nobody had informed me of this cancellation beforehand. Brought my son to be assessed for vertigo with Dr Hasday after waiting 3 months for an appointment. The doctor said we’d likely never find out what was causing the vertigo or be able to treat it. He explained this to me with a flat demeanor, barely looked at us and didn’t seem to care how my son felt or the impact of his words.
