Well, I’ve been having dry eye issues for the past 6 to 9 months. I made an appointment with Dr. Ngo for an evaluation. After extremely thorough evaluation, with a multitude of tests, she diagnosed my condition and a thorough treatment plan. I have received three out of four IPL treatments, in my eye region to loosen up the lipid layer oil in my meibomian glands, of the eyelids. Fantastic provider. Dr. Ngo is considerate, she listens to you and considers all possible etiologies before settling on recommended treatment options. She also make sure you understand all treatment options as well as pros and cons of each. Her decisions are driven by evidence and it’s obvious she prioritizes her patient’s wellbeing. I drive a good distance to see her and being that I work full time, she makes room on Saturdays to see me. I’d recommend her whole heartedly to anyone suffering from chronic dry eyes.
I never leave reviews but this one is necessary. DR LINH NGO AND HER TEAM ARE AMAZING. I’ve had several surgeries to my left eye. Traveled to known eye institutes all over the country (Wills, Bascom Palmer, Stein) to get many different opinions of persistent eye redness post surgery. I came to this clinic to understand and treat my dry eye issues (resulting from LASIK and allergies), and I had tremendous improvement after 4 IPL sessions. The sessions were uncomfortable but tolerable, and the results were worth the discomfort. Dr. Ngo and her staff were professional, responsive, and warm. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking to address dry eye issues.
