"Property managers" that don't manage the property. Will ignore issues and requests to have things fixed. They will do absolutely nothing unless prompted. I was bugging Cheryl Colburn for over a year about rat feces coming out of the bathroom fan and she ignored me multiple times. We had a dry rot issue that she continued to ignore, among other repairs that needed to be done at the house. Sacramento Delta is one of the best if not the best property management company that I have dealt with. I had 3 properties management companies before a friend of mine told me about Sacramento Delta. The tenants that are placed in the properties have all been very good. I get monthly statements and 1099"s at the end of the year. This company is solid and well managed. I highly recommend it . BTW I am a Realtor from the Bay area.
Sacramento delta property management practices income discrimination. The do not consider commission or tips that have been verified as consistent. So this disqualifies a large percentage of the population and is discriminatory.

Wow, what a horrible experience. I understand things are different during this pandemic, and we all need to have more patience with people and businesses. With that said, the staff at Sacramento Delta Property Management are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. We should have run the other way...We are currently renting one of their properties in the gated Morgan Creek Golf Community in Roseville. I'm 64 and this is by far the worse experience I've ever had renting a home. Our rent is $3500 and are creit reports are all close to 800. We have lived here since January 1, 2019. The house was to have the fence replaced (rented to owners with dogs) we are a few days short of 9 months and they have done nothing on the fence, they were to replace all appliance still waiting for the range ... read more

It is not uncommon for renters to believe that a property management company can make all decisions unilaterally, but this is not the case. We have no ownership interest in the property.
