"Property managers" that don't manage the property. Will ignore issues and requests to have things fixed. They will do absolutely nothing unless prompted. I was bugging Cheryl Colburn for over a year about rat feces coming out of the bathroom fan and she ignored me multiple times. We had a dry rot issue that she continued to ignore, among other repairs that needed to be done at the house. Sacramento Delta has continued to impress me since I signed on with them in 2017 to manage my mother's property as a rental after she suffered a stroke. Sacramento Delta is one of the best if not the best property management company that I have dealt with. I had 3 properties management companies before a friend of mine told me about Sacramento Delta. The tenants that are placed in the properties have all been very good. I get monthly statements and 1099"s at the end of the year. This company is solid and well managed. I highly recommend it . BTW I am a Realtor from the Bay area.
