Wow, what a horrible experience. I understand things are different during this pandemic, and we all need to have more patience with people and businesses. With that said, the staff at Sacramento Delta Property Management are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. I was interested in a rental in the Heritage Park community and submitted my online application. 3 days later I received an auto reply stating that the home was still available, but I needed to submit an application. Just met with Sarah she was upfront and honest. Showed me a very beautiful home that I will hopefully be moving into soon. She was there early and answered all of my questions overall I had a very good experience an I would definitely recommend visiting one of there properties if your in need of a rental

I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are rude and dont even give you a chance to explain your circumstances. We are starting out fresh with PLENTY of income to rent. I have just had 7 spinal surgeries and a brain surgery. Finally ready to take that step to get back into my own place. Guess what they didn't care one way or the other.
