A total disillusionment I came in expecting to receive help with my orthodontic treatment, but unfortunately I left feeling unwelcome and that my concerns were not taken seriously. The way I was treated gave me the impression that the doctor did not want to work with me, and I felt uncomfortable throughout the visit. I understand that a doctor may decide that a particular case isn’t appropriate for their practice, but I believe that should be communicated respectfully and professionally. I wish I could give them a 0 star but unfortunately it doesn’t allow me, let me explain. Very disappointing experience. The appointment felt extremely rushed. I spoke with the doctor for about a minute, and I left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. I expected more time to discuss my concerns and understand my treatment options. Unfortunately, I would NOT RECOMMEND this office.

I usually have high anxiety when visiting the dentist, but the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel safe, comfortable, and completely cared for. The office is spotlessly clean, the staff is wonderfully kind, and the doctors explain everything clearly without any rush. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch dental and orthodontic care!"
