Dr J is by far one of the best physicians that our family has ever worked with. He is intelligent, has an excellent bedside manner and get's things done. I switched to this doctors office for the convenience of it. However, the last few appointments I’ve had, I have had nothing but problems. To CANCEL an appointment they tell you to call the office. Well, how are you supposed to get something cancelled when literally every time you call no one answers? You leave MULTIPLE message and still, no one calls you back or cancels the appointment. The staff is so very nice and polite. Dr. Jean listens and cares. He isn't in a rush to get you out the door.

Do not EVER go here. I am in pain and exhausted. The last thing I need is a lecture about legalities from a medical professional and to be told I am not doing good enough.
