Literally everything needs to change about this place. It took almost 7 months for me to get a window screen so I would stop getting bugs in my room. I pay an exorbitant amount of money to not have laundry or an oven. The management team is garbage, they've done nothing about the people constantly smoking weed in the building, making my stuff smell gross. There is constantly glass in the parking lot, which gets trapped in my shoes. This place is awful and I would never recommend it to anyone, ever. Biggest waste of money in ... read more
Horrible. They refuse to give their residents refunds for the semester being canceled. They are taking financial advantage of college students.
When I lived there an average of 20 tenants and I got our Identity stolen by someone that worked in the office. They took out credit cards using our personal information. I had my credit score ruined for months. I was unable to takeout a loan to study abroad because of this issue. College town communities tried to deny that it was someone from their staff that stole our identities. They did not do anything to fix this problem. "At the end of the day it was up to the tenants to fix the damage Sacony's employees had created.
The staff are very friendly and willing to help with any thing you need. Clean and comforting environment, nice to get to know your community. Nice large television in the living room and carpeted rooms gives it a cozy feeling.
Best living experience at Kutztown! So happy i moved here! Its always clean and safe feeling. Lots of perks living in Sacony Commons! Especially love that everything is included in what you pay! NO HIDDEN FEES yay
I absolutely love living here at Sacony Commons. I have never lived somewhere where I was welcomed so warmly. The staff here is like family and they are always there to chat or help with any issues we are having. They even send out a newsletter that tells us everything that's happening on campus, so I dont miss any activities!. Also, I LOVE the fact that the apartment is completely FUNISHED!. Great place to stay! Single rooms with air conditioning. Apartments are very clean and high quality. Lots of opportunities to win prizes and there are many events. Good location too with free parking!
Clean and new, and I have my own room! The shuttle comes to the apartments so it's easy to get to class plus I have a parking spot right outside of my apartment. Comes with a washer and dryer too!
