The apartment manager, Audra, is completely insane. Not only is she very rude whenever you speak to her, but she's decided to wage a trash war with me after over a year of me being an absolutely model tenant, paying rent on time, and never causing any issues. I am a very clean, professional renter, but I will never rent from Saco River Associates again. She TOOK my trash bags from outside my apartment, before I could get them to the curb, just to send me an invoice for trash removal when she literally just STOLE it from me. ... read more
Found a decently priced studio on ********** through this company. Inquired about it and after discussing more I scheduled a viewing which the only hours offered were inconvenient (M-Th 1-3pm) and emailing her my availability multiple times, also had to take the time off from work to see it. The girl showing me the space was late only to find out she was sitting in her car all along. These people were very rude. They gave me an application and treated me like a number. I was trying to transition into a cheaper apartment they had listed for $600 per month. I told her my current rent in yarmouth is $1,100 per month and I would save so much money! She was quick to deny me. Never replied to my email. Didn't respond until I messaged her back first. She was then rude again saying sorry no cosigners and sorry I can't help you because you don't have 2 years of bank statements. Sorry not everyone in Maine uses ba... read more
