I loved living in the Saco Mil #4 for three years before moving to a retirement community out of state. I am a year gone now, and I still miss it. I thought the management was very fair but firm-handed when needed. You can't keep everyone happy, and the rules are for everyone with an eye toward safety. Maintenance came quickly and often went above and beyond. Covid made staffing the cleaning crew hard, but it was done well even with so many dogs making a mess inside and out, especially in winter.
