I didnt receive mailbox keys for the first 8 months I lived here. I also didnt receive a spare key, and was promised Id get my spare key and mailbox key within the first 48 hours of moving in. I didnt. Then Saco falls charged me over $200 in lock out fees, though they never provided me my spare key. They refused to reimburse me, and argued with me saying you signed a lease stating you got two keys when they know for a fact they didnt give me one, and my neighbor is a witness and willing to write a statement. Awful company with awful management who's method of managing is threatening you with a lease violation for seeking help with issues in the apartment. They care very little about their complex. The maintenance is on their own schedule and will take sometimes over a year to fix important things.A dozen new management over the past couple years and each new one is as worse as the last. ******* is possibly the worse human alive so I can understand how no one would want to work with her. So dont ever rent thru #sacofallsmanagement they dont like black people ..and god for bid u complain about somebody then they kick u out over sum dumb shit this place gets -5 I cant believe they kicking my mom out over a muzzle when the dog didnt even do anythin when she had and apartment lined up they would let her out of the lease but now ur gonna kick her out now that she dont have an appartment shit and winters comming I cant believe this place🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

I've been living in one of the buildings run by this company for a very long time, ever since it was opened. It *USED* to be a lovely place to live, there were cleaners who'd come in every single week to vacuum all the carpets and deep clean the communal areas, the outside areas were landscaped, the road would get swept every spring, there was usually someone in the office or a maintenance worker around so it felt safe and like a well-looked after building.Of course there's been *** and downs, but ever since 2015/16, things ... read more

7/20/21 ***************************, owner of **** Falls ************* and ******* ***************** is a BAD landlord.He could learn to be a better businessman by making "Doing a Good Job" his bottom line, thereby replacing "making and keeping money" as his bottom line. He's an expert at making money by acquiring properties and renting them, but he doesn't do Management. He likes taking money in, but not spending it on needed repairs.
